Senior Manager (Safety): 01post
Qualification: 1st Class Degree in Engineering preferably in Chemical with M.E. in Industrial Safety (or) 1st Class Degree in Engineering preferably in Chemical with PG Diploma in Industrial Safety awarded by Regional Labour Institute and recognized under Tamilnadu Factory Rules 1950.
Age: Minimum 45 years as on 01/11/2011
Manager (Forestry): 01post
Qualification: First Class in M.Sc. (Forestry / Agriculture) from a recognized University

Deputy Manager (HR): 01post
Qualification : 2 years full time 1st Class in M.A. (Social Work) (or) 2 years full time 1st Class in MBA with specialization in HR (or) Any 1st Class Engineering Degree with 2 years full time MBA with specialization in HR.
